The ongoing 2020 election fraud trial resumed on Monday at the Georgetown Magistrate’s Court, where American Chamber of Commerce-Guyana (AMCHAM) observer, Rosalinda Rasul, acknowledged that parts of her evidence submitted to the 2022 Commission of Inquiry (CoI) into the elections were not included in her statement to the police.
