[Ethiopian Herald] Egypt's call for a binding agreement over the Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam (GERD) is not acceptable as it has to do with future and unpredictable climate issues and affects Ethiopian generations to come. In fact, such issues have to be dealt with at the time once the phenomenon comes about based on the contexts of the time.
