The head Mali's transitional government welcomed Ghana's president and Gambian leader, Thursday (Sept. 29). At the Malian president’s office, the officials discussed the crisis between Mali and Ivory Coast over the fate of 46 Ivorian soldiers still detained in Mali after their arrest last July.
