[Rwanda Govt] Nemba -- Rwanda's Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation Dr. Vincenr Biruta has on Tuesday met with his Burundian counterpart Ambassador Albert Shingiro at Nemba-Gasenyi border, in a mutual effort to normalise bilateral relations between the two countries.
