The police are investigating an accident which occurred at about 7.22 pm on Friday on Quarrie Access Trail in Central Rupununi, Region Nine, which resulted in the death of Karl Lewis, the 52-year-old Deputy Toshao of Shulinab Village, South Central Rupununi.
