Lawyer representing Public Protector Busisiwe Mkhwebane has told the Constitutional Court that it was "wrong" for the Gauteng High Court in Pretoria to set aside her report into President Cyril Ramaphosa's CR17 campaign, adding Mkhwebane had jurisdiction to investigate the President.
