A Federal High Court, Abuja, on Wednesday, dismissed a fundamental rights enforcement suit filed by fleeing Binance Holdings Ltd’s executive, Nadeem Anjarwalla, against the National Security Adviser (NSA) and the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).Justice Inyang Ekwo, in a ruling, dismissed the suit for lack of diligent prosecution.When the case was called, no lawyer appeared for Anjarwalla and neither was the applicant in court.
