KENNYA CORDNER, who has scored more than 30 goals this season, could not find the back of the net on Saturday as her club Fenerbahce lost 1-0 to Faith Karagumruk in the first leg of the Turkish Women's Football Super League semifinals.
The second leg between the teams will take place, on Sunday.
On May 21, Cordner scored for Fenerbahce in a 3-0 win over Hakkarigucu SK in the quarterfinal second leg match.
Cordner scored her team's second goal in the 67th minute to help Fenerbahce advance 4-1 on aggregate.
