Police Department, on Oct. 6, at 6:20 p.m., police arrested Mackeem Appleton, age 28 of Contant Knolls – charged with 2nd degree rape, delinquency of a minor, child abuse, unlawful sexual contact, 2nd degree aggravated rape, and prohibition of visual medium depicting sexually explicit conduct.
