The United Nations Office of Counter-Terrorism (UNOCT) says it has signed with the Caribbean Community (Caricom) Implementation Agency for Crime and Security (IMPACS) a Memorandum of Agreement and a Memorandum of Understanding related to the United Nations Countering Terrorist Travel Programme.
