Earlier this week, news broke surrounding the death of 38-year-old Keuana Weaver -- a woman who'd passed away back in January after getting plastic surgery done in Tijuana, Mexico. Two other women were hospitalized after getting procedures that same day at the same clinic and now the Weaver's mother is speaking out.
