On Friday, Ben Affleck and Matt Damon reunited to honor Breonna Taylor, one of the many blacks killed by police officers.
Taylor’s death, along with those of George Floyd and Ahmaud Arbery has sparked protests worldwide, as people become more concerned about the rampant racism and police brutality against the blacks.
Amid these protests, the two friends, Matt and Ben, who won Oscars in the 90s, decided to make Taylor’s birthday special, even though she no longer exists.
The two friends came out with their families to show respect to the black lives lost due to police violence.
They’re among the many Hollywood celebrities who’ve been compelled to take to the streets this week to protest the killing of Taylor, as well as other unarmed blacks who died in the hands of police officers.
