Dear Editor,
I hereby propose the following for consideration by the people tasked with reforming the Constitution:
To avoid the perception that the military is a dominant factor in government, that government is indisputably civilian and definably democratic, and that the military is subjugated to the government, and not the other way round, the number of military personnel should be limited in government.
