Trinidad and Tobago government is expected to use its majority in Parliament on Monday as it seeks a three-month extension of the state of emergency (SOE) imposed here on May 15 as part of the efforts to curb the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic that has infected 18,227 people and killed 341 since March last year.
