Former Saint Lucia Prime Minister Dr. Kenny Anthony is hopeful for the safe return of two missing fishers while welcoming the rescue of two others. Anthony, who is the MP for Vieux Fort South, says the past two weeks have been especially difficult for the fishing community of Vieux-Fort South and their family and friends.
