Luanda — After 59 days closed, due to the State of Emergency decreed by the President of the Republic on March 27, Angolan government is to reopen museums, libraries, media libraries, cinemas, theatres, monuments and similar establishments on July 13.
Recreational, cultural and leisure activities on public roads or in public spaces will operate in three phases, with museums, libraries, media libraries, theatres, monuments and similar establishments starting on July 13.
According to the Minister of State and Head of the Civil House of the President of the Republic, Adão de Almeida, the access to beaches and other bathing areas is conditioned to the beginning of the bathing season.
Other cultural and artistic activities are subject to their own regulations.
Religious institutions may celebrate activities 4 days a week, with the remaining days being reserved for the hygiene of the places of worship.
