Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. has signed an historic Memorandum of Understanding with the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. The Thurgood Marshall College Fund (TMCF), which is led by President and Alpha Brother Harry L. Williams, is the nation’s largest organization exclusively representing the Black College Community.
