All second-round Cricket West Indies Rising Stars Under-17 Super 50 matches scheduled to bowl off at three venues in central Trinidad on Thursday were abandoned because of rain.
Not a ball has been bowled in the tournament thus far since all first-round matches on Tuesday were also washed out.
Trinidad and Tobago U17s, led by captain Justin Jagessar, were scheduled to face Guyana at PowerGen Grounds, Penal from 9.30am on Thursday.
Defending champions Barbados were carded to meet Leeward Islands at Inshan Ali Park, Preysal while, 2019 runners-up Jamaica geared up for the Windward Islands at the National Cricket Centre, Couva.
Friday serves as a rest/reserve day and round three action, weather permitting, gets underway on Saturday.
Round three sees TT play the Windward Islands, Barbados go up against Jamaica and Leeward Islands meet Guyana. All matches bowl off from 9.30am.
