[allAfrica] Cape Town -- After two weeks of intense negotiations, a historic deal on loss, and damage was struck, but there is still much left to do. Sadly, nations failed to commit to taking some of the basic steps required to curb the climate emergency's worse impacts, such as the phasing out of all fossil fuels.
