[Ghanaian Times] St. Petersburg hosted the Second Summit and Russia-Africa Economic and Humanitarian Forum on July 27-28, 2023 marking the second time that events of such a magnitude with a focus on a wide range of relations between Russia and the countries of the African continent have been held.
