Dee-Maxwell Saah Kemayah, Sr., has outlined the current humanitarian challenges of the Continent as an emergency that should be addressed on a timely and strategic basis, stressing that they are a host of inter-rellated causes driven by intra-state conflicts, terrorism, climate change, and unconstitutional changes of Governments.
