[allAfrica] A majority of Democrats in the U.S. House of Representatives have sent a letter to President Biden calling for a waiver to allow other countries, many in poor regions of the world, to manufacture their own doses of the COVID-19 vaccines that have been created by pharmaceuticals companies funded by U.S. taxpayers.
