[Vanguard] A new African industrial giant is emerging from the Lekki coastline of Lagos, the Dangote Refinery project, an integrated refinery and petrochemical complex, which is a multi-billion dollar project that is expected to create a market for $11 billion per annum of Nigerian crude.
