Congresswoman Nanette Barragán (CA-44) celebrated $1,000,000 in federal funding she secured for Long Beach City College (LBCC) to build the North Long Beach Student Housing and Higher Education Complex. The funding will support the development of a mixed-use complex with affordable student housing, a large multipurpose community room, study rooms, shared kitchens, and support services on site.
