[The Herald] Government on Tuesday signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with one of Dubai's largest pharmaceutical companies, Intrapharm Group, which could see the United Arab Emirates (UAE) based drugs company setting up a production plant and distribution base in Zimbabwe.
