A young dancing phenom is going viral after showing off her moves in public. The vibrant little girl was captured on video while dancing on the sidewalk, moving to the beat of drummers who were playing music a foot away from her.  The young star swings her hips from side to side, waves her arms back and forth, bops her head and mesmerizes the audience with her steps. The crowd screams and applauds while the little girl shows off her moves.
