Vince Carter Retires After 22 Years in the NBA - Black News Channel

By David Johnson / BNC Digital Reporter Atlanta Hawks Forward Vince Carter announced Thursday he will be retiring from basketball after 22 seasons in the NBA. Carter leaves the game behind with plenty of memorable moments including his incredible display of dunks in the 2000 NBA All-Star Dunk Contest, 8 time All-Star Select, and Elite play with the Toronto Raptor and Brooklyn Nets organizations. The Atlanta Hawks finished 14th in the Eastern conference at 20-47 marking the end of their season, as the team wasnt selected to participate in the continued season/playoffs in Orlando, Florida next month.
