U.S. prosecutors will not file criminal charges in the death of Shanquella Robinson , the 25-year-old Charlotte woman who died in October while she was on a vacation in Mexico with friends. Citing autopsy results conducted in North Carolina ‘s Mecklenburg County, officials said “the available evidence does not support a federal prosecution.”
