Uganda: 'Refinery Delay Will Not Halt Uganda's March to First Oil'

[Independent (Kampala)] Kampala -- The refinery set to be constructed at Kabaale near Hoima in mid-western Uganda is expected to produce 60,000 barrels per day. The refinery has in the past faced various setbacks characterized with entries and exits of the would-be investors.
