[Independent (Kampala)] Entebbe, Uganda -- President Paul Kagame is Uganda on private visit. He will attend birthday celebrations of the First Son and UPDF Land Forces commander Gen Muhoozi Kainerugaba. He earlier held bilateral talks with President Yoweri Museveni on regional peace, stability and cooperation.
