With the help of the US Marshal and other Mainland Law Enforcement Agencies, Tyley Del Roy Smith, also known as Tyler De Roy Smith, who had a warrant out for his arrest, was tracked from Iowa, working and residing in California, where the vehicle he was driving was found abandoned at a train station.
