The trial for former Louisville Police officer Brett Hankinson has been set for 2022 after being delayed. According to NBC News, the trial has been pushed back to February 1, nearly six months later than the original court date of August 31. The new date was announced Friday by Jefferson County Circuit Court Judge Ann Bailey Smith.
