Executive Director Linda I. Smith advises all Automobile-for-Hire clients that the Virgin Islands Taxicab Commission (VITCC) will continue service throughout the territory. However, due to the increase in COVID-19 cases, the Taxicab Commission has moved to a modified appointment only service.
