[Dabanga] Khartoum -- Commander-in-Chief of the Sudan Armed Forces (SAF) and Chairman of the Sovereignty Council Lt Gen Abdelfattah El Burhan issued a number of decrees yesterday, for the first time since the outbreak of the war.
