CHRISTIANSTED — A St. Croix woman was sentenced in Golden Rock today to 1.5 years in prison for her role in a complicated tax fraud scheme, according to U.S. Attorney Gretchen C.F. Shappert. Thema Liverpool, 33, from St. Croix, Virgin Islands was sentenced by U.S. District Court Judge Wilma A.
