Lionel Woodley, 36, of St. Croix, appeared before Judge Wilma A. Lewis, in U.S. District Court recently and was sentenced on the charge of felon in possession of firearm, according to a release from U.S. Attorney for the Virgin Islands Gretchen Shappert.
