James Timothy "Tim" Norman, the son of Missouri-based restauranteur Robbie Montgomery who regularly appeared on OWN's "Welcome to Sweetie Pie's" series, was charged Tuesday with conspiracy to use interstate commerce facilities in the commission of a murder-for-hire, resulting in 2016 death of his nephew.
