A convicted lottery scammer, who told the court he was afraid to name the mastermind because that would endanger his life and that of his family, has been given 10 years to pay the $6 million that he was fined on conviction.The scammer, Romander Fletcher, consented to the payment plan when he appeared before the St James Parish Court on January 19, 2021 for a benefit hearing.
