Sheri H. Edison is Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Bemis Company, Inc., a major supplier of flexible packaging used by leading food, consumer products, healthcare and other companies worldwide.

At Bemis, Edison’s responsibilities include corporate governance, global risk management, compliance and legal operations.

Previously, Edison was Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Hill-Rom, Inc., a global medical device manufacturer and distributor. She held senior management and general counsel positions at Hill-Rom, Inc., Hillenbrand Industries and LTV Steel. She also spent several years as a mergers, acquisitions and securities attorney at Jones Day.

Edison currently serves on the Board of AK Steel, and the Fox Valley Community Foundation. She is a member and Fellow of the National Association of Corporate Directors, and an alumna of the DirectWomen Board Institute.
