The Senate body held a hearing Thursday on the Committee on Disaster Recovery and Infrastructure, chaired by Senator Milton E. Potter. Senators heard testimonies from the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority (VIHFA) and the Office of Disaster Recovery.
