Police Seek Suspect in Womack Murder | Afro

Baltimore Police Homicide detectives have obtained an arrest warrant for Richard Sylvester Green, 56, who is wanted for the murder of Tyra (Phillips) Womack, 57, which occurred, June 10, in the 2400 block of Albion Avenue.

Investigators say Green is 5’10”, weighs 180 lbs.

Anyone with information is asked to call Warrant Apprehension detectives at (410) 637-8970 or dial 911.

Tyra Phillips, as she is widely known, was a member of the WEAA 99.9FM Gospel Grace team and had given the church announcements for over 30 years.
