The Director of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO), Dr. Carissa Etienne Wednesday expressed concern at the hospitalizations and deaths of younger people which she said are surging as the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic accelerates across the Americas, including the Caribbean.
