It is "unacceptable" for forensic investigator Paul O'Sullivan and his assistant, Sarah-Jane Trent, to have been "closely and consistently" involved in the investigation involving former acting national commissioner General Kgomotso Phahlane, advocate Dawie Joubert SC has said.
