Les représentants de près de 200 pays se réunissent à Bonn, en Allemagne, à partir de lundi, pour préparer la COP28, prévue en décembre aux Émirats arabes unis. Une répétition générale pendant laquelle Sultan al-Jaber, le président du sommet et PDG d'une compagnie pétrolière, devra répondre à l'inquiétude des défenseurs de l'environnement de voir cette COP devenir "une convention des énergies fossiles".
