[This Day] The Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Mr. Abdulrasheed Bawa, has said that the commission has not prosecuted the former Petroleum Minister, Mrs. Diezani Alison Madueke, because the ex-minister was out of Nigeria's jurisdiction.
