[Daily Trust] Vice-Chancellor of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Professor Olufemi Peters, has described the death of the immediate past Director of Management Information Systems (DMIS) at the university, Professor Muhtari Alhassan, as a monumental loss to the academic community.
