Niger presidential election heads for run-off on Feb. 20 | Africanews

Niger is set for a second round of vote as no candidate clinched the needed majority for a first round win in the December 27 vote. Former Prime Minister and favorite to win Mohammed Bazoum, of the ruling party, came first with 39.33 percent of the vote.
