Noting that the past two years have seen all plans affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, chairman of the 15-member Caribbean Community (Caricom) grouping, Prime Minister of Belize John Briceno, says the region is ushering in 2022 “with hope and optimism.”
