[Namibian] WORLD Athletics acted with negligence and insensitivity after inexplicably breaking a confidentiality agreement with the Namibia National Olympic Committee (NNOC) and Athletics Namibia over the handling of the Beatrice Masilingi and Christine Mboma case.
