[FrontPageAfrica] Monrovia -- Liberia's Minister of Foreign Affairs has taken a step to help the Liberia Petroleum Refinery Company (LPRC) mitigate possible future shortage of petroleum products on the market, hence entering into a bilateral cooperative agreement with neighboring Ivory Coast.
